Since close to Elisabetta Canalis, George Clooney is so often spent time in Italy. Unfortunately, this love story instead drag him to court, not as a defendant in it. George Clooney was asked to be witness the trial of Silvio Berlusconi in this Italy's prime minister sex scandal.

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis, according to Splash News, are two of 78 witnesses who were asked Berlusconi's lawyers to testify in court later. Not yet clear whether George Clooney and his girlfriend will be present because of the Clooney himself has not released an official statement about his involvement in this trial.

It is said that George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis asked to become one of the witnesses because of the young Moroccan girl who had allegedly paid for sex with Berlusconi and Canalis Clooney's name as one person who had been guests of Berlusconi at the party which he titles some time ago. Silvio Berlusconi himself has so far denied all charges were dropped him.
