The event was prepared by Elton John and his partner, David Furnish, as a manifestation of their gratitude for having been invited in William and Kate's wedding on 29 April.
"Elton likes to comfort and entertain guests in her home. Today he is doing a tour in America, but he will fly from there to England as often as possible, and will visit his home in Old Windsor, if there is time,"said a source, as reported by the Daily Mirror .
"He invited Kate and William for dinner because he wanted to thank you for having been invited in their marriage. Elton will try to entertain them well," continued the source.
The source also added that Elton John also schedule would invite David Beckham and Victoria Beckham in these dinners. But the invitation to Beckham is not certain, depending on whether the club where David Beckham plays allow Beckham to go or not.
