Not too long ago she recalls having just a few hundred dollars in her bank account, but now Bethenny Frankel has proudly revealed how she made $120 million.
The 40-year-old first gained notoriety when she made a run on "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart," and then quickly shot to super reality stardom after joining the cast of "Real Housewives of New York City" in 2008.
The former natural foods chef saw the show as an opportunity to secure her future, and soon developed her "Skinnygirl" cocktail line with partner David Kanbar, which features her uber-successful 100-calorie margarita.
Frankel has continued to look to the future while working nonstop to expand her brand through her huge social media following, publishing of workout DVD's, extended line of "Skinnygirl" products, super-expensive endorsement deals with Bluefly and Hanes, and, of course, what some insiders are calling a $120 million acquisition of her spirits line with Fortune Brands' Beam Global.
