Lampard has threatened to take legal action if Luna (5 years) and Isla (4 years) photographed or displayed in any event with a new partner Elen, Peter Andre.
"I'm not going to let my kids on TV," said Lampard. "I have instructed my lawyer to make sure it did not happen."
However, vice-Rivas told the Sunday Mirror, "Elen always explained, no matter with what is offered, she did not want their children filmed or photographed. It's already a deal with Frank."
The source added, "Elen mad because Frank thinks if he can arrange anything will be done Elen with his children. She was a good mother and if anyone doubted it, Elen will not hesitate to prove it."
A source added: "Elen never use children for publicity. She has to say back to Frank, if she never intended to let their children be photographed or filmed."
